Supernova
HOTA
This 24-hour concert, Supernova, was a marathon endurance performance by one of Australia's leading concert pianists, composers, and creative innovationists.
Featuring special guests, creative friends, and supporters, this never-before-attempted concert event served as a retrospective of Charlie's 40-year career as a virtuoso pianist and composer.
The concert incorporated curated sections/phases which brought together a mix of energetic and dynamic performance, classical, contemporary, jazz, and experimental music, along with a deeply relaxing, meditative, and often wondrous experience of creativity and ingenuity, all live, all day, all night, on HOTA's Outdoor Stage.
Supernova was a 24-hour+ concert filled with numerous sections and a vast amounts of IMPROVISED music.
